Awful. I lost my ticket and therefore had no way of exiting the car park. I was unable to pay with cash, card, there was no one on the customer service desk and I was on hold to customer services for an hour after giving up. I've had to leave my car there overnight, had to get the bus home which took and hour and £6 cost and will need to leave early tomorrow morning to get the bus back another £6 in the hope I can retrieve my car . I'm a mental health social worker and have had to cancel my morning clinic , letting down those who need it most. Well done NCP
Terrible. Paid for the privilege of having to carry my kids up the the top deck of the car park. Very full hence why we had to park on the top floor. Bet they are not in a hurry to get that fixed. Very expensive for 1.5hrs,£5.90
Stupid pricing model as well as being very, very expensive. Claims to have cctv and 24/7 security but if something happens to your car there's "nothing we can do" . Why have the bloody cameras then??!
They fixed the elevator thankfully. Parking is cheaper with the app which works well, takes a while to set-up tho. If you're staying at the hotel, you need to use the physical tickets so they can be refunded
Not a bad car park, as you would expect, staff very helpful, just needs some of the payment machines fixed
Lift has been awaiting repair 3 years. Not safe, not secure. Used to have a park mark award, now just has tons of issues. Very, VERY expensive.
DO NOT USE. Just back from a 4 night stay at the Premier Inn next to the car park. Had left my car on the 2nd floor and thought the whole car park had CCTV as when we entered it had said CCTV in in operation. Little did we know it was only at the entrance. I had my car broken into, window completely shattered. Screwdriver the thieve used was left in the car also. I must say the young guy that works in the car park is a total asset to your company and helped as much as he could. For the majority though your car park is a joke and I now also know that homeless people sleep in your car park. WILL NOT BE BACK
Nice car park - especially for the hotel next door
I have paid for a months pass, the lift does not work!
DO NOT USE THIS CAR PARK. Zero star rating If you do remove everything. We had a suitcase stolen from their last night. The thief must have cloned the key when we locked the car as it was locked when we left it.
