AVOID - they take your car the other side of the airport! They are rude when you have to wait 30mins to receive it or drop it off. Terrible service

£7 for first 30 minutes????? What planet are you on? Or do you want to get your money back for building the car park in less than a year? Trouble is, there's nowhere to go...well, apart from another airport! Haha

Do yourselves a favour and book your car in the regular carpark; we arrived back in Luton to find chaos at the Meet and Greet point. No one seems to know what's going on, cars are coming back in a random order, not based on customer arrival time. Have been waiting in a cold carpark for a very frustrating hour. Wish I'd put my car in the regular carpark - I'd be home by now!
