Nice and quick access to airport bus every 10 min not like other parking advertising every 20 and you waiting later 40 if you not happy they telling you to take you car somewhere else if you not happy. Help with your flat battery in few minutes happen to me one time 😋. 2 star less for problem on gate when I was leaving happened twice to me ☹️ really annoying do something to fix it.

Waited an incredibly long time for the bus to arrive. We actually got through passport control quicker than it took for he bus to arrive. Wouldn’t recommend

Extortionate prices for short term parking in badly unbuilt carpark. No way to drive out once you drove in. When trying to make sense of where to park (don't want to use drop off for £1 / minute!!!) Drivers throw their Buses on your behind. Multi storey is always full and the gravel is always being built. Good airport fit for Bagdad after a democracy saving bombing.

I was really satisfied about it, easy to find , took me 12-15 minutes 6:00 am to be in the airport (same on return)... I recommend 100%
You just park your car and wait for the bus (if is not there),when you return you take the bus and pick up your car, very easy and simple 😜👍🏻

This is probably one of the worse airports in London. Passport control takes forever for non EU citizens. Parking is overly expensive and inconvenient with the shuttle system (would it have been so complex to build an airport with parking at walking distance like most small to medium size airports do?)
