Airport is not that big for an airport in London but there are some good shops included food and drinks for an okay price. Also not that chaotic and I like the atmosphere. There are nice employees at this airport which are really friendly. Would recommend this airport to fly to but the downside is that it's far from London but you can have a nice sleep in the bus or taxi to the city center.

If you manage expectations then this place is perfectly fine for you to use for your travels abroad. The flights might not be as frequent as Birmingham or any of the London airports but it is just off the M1 and relatively easy to get to.  I must say that their terminal is better than when I last went to Stansted Terminal 2. A lot more to choose from and a better variety when it comes to picking where to eat.  Airport staff were friendly and efficient, no complaints.

Luton is one of London's airports.  You can easily get there by public transportation, or by taxi.  The terminal is spacious and clean, there are many trash cans around.  Lots of restrooms, in the terminal and in the corridors on the way to the plane.  There is even a dedicated facility for filling water.  An almost endless selection of restaurants and cafes.  Duty free shops for cosmetics, tobacco products, perfumes, souvenirs and more.  The directional signs are very clear.

Great experience at the airport but the bus shuttle t&c is totally not clear and confusing as some people paid using contactless cards and the driver telling some people to just get on the bus ride. Security was calm and securing totally. Informative staffs everywhere too

Luton Airport was surprisingly a great airport the security process was very smooth and the staff running the security were very nice. The duty free shopping experience was excellent as there was a wide range of luxurious products to browse as well as these ranges having cheep entries. During my wait no flights were delayed and the toilets were very clean

I had a pretty good experience at this airport. The queues were pretty small. There are a lot of pubs and cafes to have a meal before the flight. Duty free shops are good, too. Pretty cool for a low cost airlines hub. The low cost carriers themselves are not up to par all the time of course

We had such a brilliant experience.We prebooked our parking which was £137 for Monday to Friday. There was lots of spaces and a bus to take you to the airport. We arrived 2 hours early and the check in was really smooth and although we arrived 2 hours early by the time we checked in and sorted our bags out and had lunch it was time to board the plane. I highly recommend eating before the airport it was so expensive and when your waiting to board your plan make sure you have your passports out and pic side ready I left it last minute in the cue and it felt really stressful like I was holding everyone up. The staff were really helpful . We had a pram with us and took it on the plane the staff took it for us and gave it us back once we landed. The flight it’s self was so smooth and calm it don’t feel like we were in the air at all

Giving a star bc I can’t rate a 0.  The terminal gets lots of people but there isn’t so many people working.  In case of Wizz there’s two lines for check in. The one from priority has less people for check in but the line is longer.  Took me 1.5 to check in and 40 minutes for security. It’s so disappointing that what normally is 30 mins in total turns into 3-4 h advance.  The airplane was then delayed and all kids and old people were having to stand for another 49 minutes once inside for get on the airplane.  People was skipping line sometimes and no one would say anything, so next time just sneak in because everyone was doing it in front of me.  Not recommend it. Also arriving is really complicated and is the only airport not connected to the city so it takes you another 1.5 h to get there specially if there’s traffic.

Parking is easy to find but a what a rip off £25 for 2 hours to pick up.  Nonsense Roads around are chaos as people avoid the terminal parking Toilets. All closed but 1 open 5 mins walk away Good selection of shops but 3 : 8 closed Never seen so many smokers outside perhaps tells you who uses this Airport…. I’d avoid

Excellent small airport. Was there today 6/1/23. All services were fast, the gates are not too far from check in desks and I even found a prayer room to pray close to the gates. There is a good variety of shops and restaurants. Just a pity that none of them is Halal. If there were a Halal option, I would give it a 5 stars.
