Nice modern bank. This branch does seem to change its image often to keep it looking modern. The staff was nice and friendly and greeted when entering.

Was in UK for 3 weeks where I ordered a new debit card, which you have to go into the branch for. PIN number was ordered 2 weeks later when the card was delivered to me and activated. on June 15th I was promised to get the PIN number within 3 days so that I could change the PIN before leaving back to Singapore (as you can only change it via ATM whilst physically in UK, and not via online banking which is ludicrous). Despite numerous apologies and renewed promises I still haven't received the PIN code for the card 11 days later. How can it take Crawley branch 11 days and counting to ship a PIN code through the post to a Crawely address - despite being flagged as urgent. I'm totally unimpressed with such shoddy service and attention to my specific needs.

very poor customer service,applied for mortgage recently,no communication at all.Mortgage advisors need additional training on how to deal with their customer.Never recommend this bank to anyone.
