My first impressions of cash converters was unproffesional, I came into find the manager of the store Ben to be standing behind the counter playing naughts and crosses with a member of staff whom which he was clearly flirting with. I had earlier in the day got a quote for my item on the phone, to which i came into the store to find that the manager ben denied ever quoting it to me and refusing to pay that price. I feel let down by the manager who should really change his views towards customer service.
