It is the worst branch in crawley, there staff try to be polite but very unhelpful, lots of can not canot , sorry we dont do that, Sometimes i feel they find it easy to do this than doing some work. Probably it is the biggest hsbc branch yet smaller ones like manor royal still much better. Go to manoryal there and a gentleman there white with gray hair is very skilled.
