Stay away! No one ever answers the phone and service is poor in this branch.  I have closed my accounts here due to the overall experience of banking with RBS over the years.

They are excellent and you can still bank with actual human beings instead of banking machines and rubbish hi tech. I have been with them since 2014 never had a problem they were always happy to support. Compared to other banks in Crawley they are way ahead in terms of personal service and friendliness

Following a meeting to rationalise my finances I was informed that the bank were unable to assist me due to my credit score. 1 week later I obtained credit at a very favourable rate from an external provider; so the bank seem keen to keep accepting over £100 interest per month on an overdraft rather than sorting it out in a sane and efficient manner. This is also the first RBS where I have experienced the phone being picked up and put immediately down after ringing for a prolonged period. Very poor. As a customer of more than 28 years with RBS - I think I can safely say I will be changing back asap.

The ATM does NOT do emergency cash (cardless withdrawals via the app). You'll have to go the NatWest ATMs. The bank itself is small, I mainly only use for lodgements.
