Very bad customer service, gave me 1 shoe to try on, didn’t give any advice/offer gait analysis. Felt very uncomfortable and awkward as he just wanted to know if I was buying them or not. Definitely not going back, they have lost out on business as I will be going somewhere else to get my trainers now.
Customer service is shocking, not helpful at all. The sales assistant couldn't even suggest innersoles or even what was the best for my situation. Would avoid if you are looking for advice

Bought a pair of Hoka shoes from this place, part of the sole tore after a week and they didn't refund me/exchange it. Really quite disappointing, better to buy online they have a 30 day guarantee.
Really chuffed with this place. Had a limited budget for trainers but was offered loads of choices and, after gait analysis, allowed to try every pair on and use the treadmill to test them out. I was there ages but never felt rushed or talked down to like some places despite not spending a fortune. Oh, and the recommended trainers I bought were just the job. Thanks for the excellent service.
Awful customer service from the owner, wouldn’t let me try on a pair of shoes because he thought I was going to buy them elsewhere?? He told me if I want to try a pair on I should go to JD. So that’s exactly what I will do from now on. I’ve been a customer for 17 years but won’t be returning after today.
Bought a pair of Brooks running shoes here few weeks ago. Staff couldn't be more helpful. I was in the shop a while, deciding what was best for me, and they were courteous and lovely. Shout out to Callum and Kieran who were working on the day. Would highly recommend.
I’ve been buying all my shoes here for years and the high quality service does not change. I was in just the other day and had a wonderful experience. The staff really know what they’re talking about. Couldn’t recommend it enough!
Went to get some analysis and try then buy me and my girlfriend a pair of running shoes. Walked in and 2 teenage staff members asked what we were looking for.. We explained we were not sure what was best for us.. they then replied “ok just decide what you want and I will get them in your size” so I tried them on believing the kids who were serving me knew what type of analysis to do next.. they had no idea and the tread mills were broke. So they then asked if I was going to buy them without any further questioning.. Any self respecting so called running shop would have provided more knowledgeable staff and as a result they have lost out on £200 + as we had full intention to buy 2 pairs of shoes if the staff had a clue what they were selling!!!
Great store with very friendly and helpful staff, gait analysis to help chose good trainers, big thumbs up
