Had to exchange a pair of walking shoes ordered online that were too tight. No quibble from shop. Spent considerable time selecting a comfortable pair trying different makes sizes and fits until one was just right. Very grateful for help and patience of salesman.
Came in today for a ski boot fitting. Really great service guys really no what there doing. Spent alot of time makeing sure thay fit just how thay should. I would recommend them to anyone looking for ski boot fitting. Great job guys. Keep up the great work.
Went to get my feet measured and some boots and shoes fitted. The guy, Mike, who looked after me was really very helpful and listened to what I wanted and why. His advice was great.
Very accommodating and knowledgeable. I went to try on some climbing shoes, unfortunately didnt have my size but was a great help. A+ service
Came into store for a ski boot fitting. Andrew was most helpful in every way possible. Very knowledgeable and the politest young man. A great asset to Ellis Brigham Liverpool.
Poor customer service skills from whom I assume is one of the store managers. I don’t know if he struggles socially but terrible communication, rude tone to his voice and overall makes Ellis brigham Liverpool an uninviting place to visit. There’s more to being a manager than having the shop displayed correctly Which in all fairness it looks the part.
Had a fitting for some new ski boots on Sunday 14 January. The fitter, Sean, was very knowledgeable and helpful. I did not feel under pressure to buy any particular boots. I tried on 4 different boots and with his help I had chosen and bought my new boots in just over an hour. The service was excellent and I would definitely go back there again for further equipment. My daughter was with me and she will certainly be going there for her new boots next season. Well done Ellis Brigham and Sean.
Superb outdoor shop, great range , friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Recommended
Good selection on most popular outdoor, hiking, mountain climbing clothing and equipment brands. Not as big as costwolds. They do have mountaineering boots and small crampon selection which is very nice. Staff is friendly and informative. They also produce custom insoles.
The staff at Ellis Brigham Liverpool were great. Very riendly and knowledgeable.
