I have had a great experience at ABS. The gym is brilliant and I feel comfortable in there. Alex is my trainer and he knows exactly what to do for what I would like to work on. He makes sure I get as much out of the sessions as possible and that my technique is on point! He is also a really nice lad. He has given me a couple great gym workouts for outside ABS and the meal plan is great. He makes sure I'm happy with it all. I'm looking forward to carrying on with alex ad my results so far are amazing!
I only have one session left to complete my 6 weeks program and I can’t be happier with my result. My personal trainer is Alex and he was essential to finally start appreciating my body and wanting to improve it. I still have a long way to go before I reach my goal but I'm sure i will be able to get there with Alex’s help. Matter of facts I’ve decided to start the 12 weeks program in a month time and I recommend anyone to try the gym to understand why it’s really that good. If you happen to have Alex, you will be in excellent hands, he is really professional and he does everything to make you comfortable. I'm really happy and satisfied with my experience.
I began a 6 week program with PT Alex at the Liverpool City Centre ABS gym. I am almost 4 weeks into the program and have lost 8lbs already, not to mention the huge mental health benefits it has had, such as decreasing stress levels in my day to day life and generally increasing my energy levels all round. Alex’s skills and knowledge go above and beyond what I was expecting. He is constantly pushing me to achieve my goals and supports me with other aims I have set myself outside of the gym, such as running a 10k and in the future a half marathon. I am enjoying the training so much, that I am extending for another 12 weeks after. Huge thank you to you Alex.
I train with gym manager Gareth once a week at the Liverpool city centre gym and since starting the sessions, my whole approach to fitness has changed for the better. I came to the sessions not really understanding what to do in the gym and how I should compliment my nutrition with my workouts. Now I feel so much more able to train safely and successfully and look forward to every session. The atmosphere in the gym is always fantastic. Everyone is friendly and supportive and are all invested in your success. Thanks to the whole team at ABS Liverpool.
5 weeks in at ABS, under what I call the 'Pain Schedule' with Alex, I have lost more weight, gained more stamina and recovered faster than I would have ever expected! Alex is a fantastic motivator, and his sessions consist of challenging circuits which will leave you knowing you've had a great workout. His advice on meal planning and which types of foods you should be eating for your goals, has also been a great benefit. The people at ABS are friendly and professional, I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to invest in their health and fitness. 10/10
I work with Alex B at ABS. I could not have asked for a better experience, and that is owed entirely to the fantastic work Alex does. He has helped me learn all the workouts I need to get myself in shape and even puts together workout plans I can use at my home gym. He has been very accommodating of my vegan lifestyle, and has done a brilliant job adapting to those needs when it comes to nutrition. Alex is clearly very passionate about being a PT and mentions this regularly, this is so refreshing to hear and reassures me I am in good hands. Alex pushes us in a healthy way and constantly adapts our sessions to keep things fresh and challenging, he is also constantly encouraging us and goes above and beyond to make sure we are getting the best experience from our time at ABS both inside and outside the gym!. Apart from being a generally really pleasant and down to earth guy, he is an amazing asset to the ABS Liverpool team, and I hope to work with him again in the future when my personal goals change. I started with ABS on a 12 week programme the beginning of January. I wasn’t a regular gym goer so joined Abs to help me get into a routine and to have someone who can consistently hold me accountable. The 12 weeks with Andy have been unbelievable I feel more confident in the gym and can see the results. Andy helped me stick to a routine with training and also developed a diet plan to get my nutrition on track! I would absolutely recommend starting up with Andy!!!
Started with ABS and met my Personal Trainer, Jay. He sat with me and we established what my goals were. We went through a detailed meal plan and then the hard work began. Six weeks later I have lost weight, gone down in clothes size, look and feel great. The beauty of ABS and having a good Personal Trainer is they structure the session and gently encourage you to do more than you would in a typical gym. Cannot thank Jay enough for his support and encouragement.
Great experience at ABS over the past few months. Big shout out to my trainer Alex who has not just been friendly but extremely professional over my time. These guys know how to make a hard workout fun and are extremely motivating! Best gym in Liverpool
Had a great experience at this establishment ! Alex was my trainer for my 6 week program. He walked me though my work out diets and has been a great motivator. I highly recommend starting your journey here and if you decide to, definitely ask for “Alex Bradley” .
