Nice people in the bank , But calling this bank and making enquiries absolutely useless , was very difficult to find someone to talk to who actually knew what they We're talking about , horrible bank to call took me an hour to get through to someone and cost me a bomb on my mobile as it was an emergency , old fashioned bank still in the dark ages , 1 star all the way
