Hopeless first contact with this firm. The contact gave me two definite advisors names then cancelled on subsequent phone calls. Then she cancelled the day  and finally we settled on a third advisor and another date.  Do I have confidence in this firm to handle my affairs-not really!!!

I am sorry to say that my experience with Wren Sterling was unsatisfactory in nearly all respects from the initial contact when telephone appointments were made and subsequently cancelled at short notice and when the telephone interview took place the stated remit of the interviewer was exceeded and the final named interviewer was incorrect. This along with spelling errors in correspondence led me to consider that I was dealing with an unprofessional organisation. First impressions are vitally important in any relationship. Ultimately I agreed with and accepted Wren Sterling’s recommendation.

Wren Stirling was recommended to me by The Nottingham Building Society, advice given to me by Steve Smith proved invaluable in  helping to  guide me through the Pension minefield. I would have no hesitation in  recommending  Steve Smith  for advice on all financial matters.  Mick Todd

This company appears incompetent at every level. After giving me bad advice about one of my pension pots later overturned by another financial advice company, they then offered moderate compensation which they  failed to pay despite numerous reminders from me. The 2 advisers I spoke to directly were supercilious and very much spoke down their noses at you, assuming they knew better about my own financial opportunities. Avoid these out of touch people at all costs!

We have been  happy with our financial advisor, Mandip Sidhu. He is a good listener; acknowledging and addressing any  concerns and questions we have had. Mandip explains everything clearly and thoroughly. We have felt confident working with him.

Excellent advice and support from Steve Smith over the years.  An investment made about 7 years ago recently reached maturity - and the return was excellent.  So thank you Steve, your support over this and other financial issues is much appreciate,
