Excellent taxi service highly recommend. I use them each morning to work and back, always on time and I can track how far the car is from me when it's booked. Drivers are pleasant and friendly. A6, E-class and 5 series nice cars and comfortable. I have been using them for 6 months and they never let me down.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME ALMOST DOUBLE THE FARE!! I was staying at the Premier Inn in Bristol and the hotel called this taxi for me. When he arrived he just walked ahead of myself and my daughter who had 2 heavy bags each and didn't even offer to take one for us. I asked to put our bags in the boot but he said we couldn't and had to put them on our laps instead which was uncomfortable as they were very heavy. When we arrived at the train station he said it was £10. I asked him if he was joking as I had taken a taxi earlier that morning from the train station to the exact same location and been charged £5.60. He tried to say it was £10 and I asked for his badge number. He then rang presumably his office and told the person I was refusing to pay £10 and that I had been rude and asked him for his badge number! The person on the phone then said it was £7.70, then changed it to £7. I said I was still not happy as the previous taxi had charged me £5.60 but I wasn't going to sit in the taxi and argue about it anymore as I would miss my train. He wouldn't give me his badge number and so I paid the £7. There was no meter either in this taxi. Very upset by this experience - this man clearly tried to overcharge me, and had the nerve to say I was rude for asking for his badge number!!?? I am going to report the company to the Bristol City Council as experiences like this do nothing to encourage tourists to visit the city.
