I am a young female and always get Bristol Taxis. Some people are wary of getting taxis on their own late at night but I have found Bristol taxis to be safe, friendly and welcoming. All of the drivers I have had are punctual, efficient and seem like lovely people. I would happily recommend them to family and friends.

Took the challenge to drive me from central Bristol to beyond the airport in a blizzard. Possibly one of the most terrifying experiences in a car in recent years (pray there is no hills otherwise we will not make this) but we made it in 39 minutes

This taxi companies customer service is beyond rude and completely awful. Absolutely DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Awful, made an online reservation and received a confirmation email. Waited outside my flat with my wife for the taxi, after 10 minutes phoned the company who said they had no record of the reservation and didn't seem bothered about the inconvenience. Two days later I get an email from their reservation service that they couldn't fulfil the booking. Avoid at all costs, at least you can't pay online so I'm not out of pocket.
