Booked to repair a chip, which turned into a crack I called with lots of notice to explain we needed it replaced and told it would be fine. Waited in for someone who turned up without replacement glass and to repair a chip. Called customer services who told me we'd get a call back in an hour which we didn't. Had to chase again to book back in for next week....service can only be described as atrocious will update once work eventually gets done.

Disgraceful customer service. End of November and nowhere for customers to wait. Literally told to walk to Costa which is take away only. On complaining to their head office, I was told it was my decision to have the work done, and I could have called a taxi to take me somewhere. So it was a take it or leave it. No one chooses to have their windscreen replaced, but at least they could make the customer experience bareable. In future, I will not use an insurance company who uses National Windscreens as their agent. This time it was Tesco Bank Insurance. Never again!!

I think lack of communication between customer and dealer. If you are not careful some time you may end up paying more than you expected. So please always check with your insurance company that how much you need to pay.
Many thanks for a wonderful job, Darren and Luke did a wonderful job and phoned when promised, turned up on the dot, fitted the windscreen, well done guys, they are a real asset to the company and would truly recommend them.
Brilliant efficient service. I came on my own and they even dropped me and picked me up from the local gym so I didn’t have to walk in the rain. Great quality replacement and no complaints whatsoever!
took 4 weeks to get the new glass, meanwhile tailgate missing, I found the part for them but their fitting vans are apparently NOT insured to collect the glass... go figure!! so they import it from usa, I have had to make many calls chasing this. Its Friday and I think the fitters want to go home early many excuses about how difficult the job is. tried to claim excess twice. all calls to local branch go to head office so just another annoyance when trying to contact them.
