I recently had a fantastic experience with Formula One Autocentres - Basildon while servicing two of my cars, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service provided.nnFor one of the cars, I had booked a telephone appointment for an MOT. When I dropped the car off on the scheduled day, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that there was a discount available on MOT services. When I mentioned this to the attendant, they were incredibly accommodating and happy to apply the discount without any hassle—something I really appreciated!nnThe second car needed some work done on the tyre, and the team did an excellent job. The service was efficient, professional, and handled with great attention to detail. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and ensured that everything was done to the highest standard.nnOverall, my experience with Formula One Autocentres - Basildon was outstanding. From the transparent pricing to the exceptional customer service, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. I highly recommend them and will definitely be returning in the future!nn – 5 stars well deserved!nnWould highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable and professional car servicing.
Used this Autocentre a couple of times now and each time I've received excellent service. MoT was easy to book and was started and finished on time. Another occasion had new tires fitted which again was easy to book online and was done promptly. They also offer a free wheel alignment which is useful to make sure the car continues to handle well. Will certainly continue to take my cars here in future.
I can’t recommend Matt and the team at F1 Auto Basildon highly enough! From start to finish, their service was outstanding. They were incredibly helpful, genuinely friendly, and extremely professional throughout. After dealing with some disappointing experiences at other MOT centres, it was a real breath of fresh air to find a team that truly cares about their customers. F1 Auto Basildon made the whole process smooth and stress-free — an absolute pleasure to deal with. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending them to others without hesitation!
They were very professional and helpful. The service was smooth and swift but meticulous. They updated me every step of the way and ensured that I understood what they were doing. I would recommend these guys for all your mechanical work and I’ll definitely be going back there.
Added a Precision wheel Balance Upgrade and didn’t really need to as it wasn’t donenAlso, I got agree 10 point winter check which wasn’t done And a free alignment that wasn’t done either. All they done was printed out A better paper showing My tires were slightly different on each side and would cost me £49 to have them the same. The only difference being it will make one tyre wear Slightly more than the other.nI Wasn’t told there was a waiting room so went for a coffee. Came back half hour later and was told there was a seating area but it was freezing cold sitting in there.nThey say they won’t be beating on price but it was only £6 difference from another garage and I would rather pay £20 more and have the work done that was promised. The only reason I use them was purely for the winter check. When I got home, my partner said none of it have been checked.nVery disappointed and certainly wouldn’t recommend or use again
