My car was in an accident while parked, had it taken to MotorAid + Fixauto and I cannot sing their praises highly enough. Daisy and Hollie were excellent to deal with, and the team did a fantastic job of making my car look and perform even better than before. Highly recommended, will be using them again for any future big jobs
I have always used MotorAid at Basildon. Prefer them to my local dealer by miles. No complaints. They also offer courtesy cars when you take your car in for servicing. Very impressed.
Excellent service. From initial booking where asked if I needed any other services and were told not this year to the reminder call 1 day before. MotorAid show other firms how it should be done including BMW as will not use them anymore after using MotorAid.
Bit of a late review but definitely needs highlighting, took my x6 here as the boot wouldn't open they wanted over £600 for a new boot latch and in the meantime apparently if I attempt to open the boot they would need to replace all the boot panels and it would be over a £1200, so I took it to a bmw specialist in standford he did it in 10min and charged me £50 as all what was wrong was the latch was a few mm out of position thats why it wasn't opening!!!! Scam place or not I'll let you decide. I would never ever return or recommend this place.... as i expected the owner has left a comment on my review may i add that £50 is what the stanford garage charged me to REPAIR it no more no less and it has been working fine since they did so, abit of a difference compared to you're outrageous price!!! Of £600 to £1200 **
They provide a courtesy collect and drop off service for your car when you have a service or MOT which means I didn’t have to inconvenience anyone else
