Very good repair, read some bad reviews on here but experienced no issues at all, friendly to deal with. More than happy to use them again

All though repair too back off car was fine I was told by one of staff that I had repairs done too bonnet which was not the case which left overspray on bonnet causing a rough finishing too paintwork there was also overspray on top of roof of car I know in the end it was put right but too be told it was my problem was not right is this a normal occurrence in the workshop I hope not I was made too feel I was the guilty party for the overspray

Very poor communications- three weeks to fix a simple repair and constantly chasing. No calls to update even after promising to do so. Read the other reviews it seems that things have not improved. Listen to their call on hold and it reassures you about the high standards of customer service they aspire to. They are delusional I never received any. I advised several of the people in their office of my dissatisfaction and they said they would pass it on so I hoped for a call from the manager. According to one of his team today he spends a lot of time in the workshop. My suggestion is if you spend more time looking after your business your customers would be happy. At least I now know the answer the the old saying how long does paint take to dry?- in Newbridge workshop the answer is 3 weeks. Other garages would have turned it around in a couple of days.

Avoid like a plague. No real deadlines given for simple jobs and its not done professionally. After "repair" car leaks water to boot through rear light seal.
