Lovely experience getting my MOT done here. Had a 9am appointment so was seen almost instantly. Was done by 10 and was quick and easy payment. No upselling of products either. Only downfall was that as I was there at opening time I expected a clean waiting area but walking in there was left over cups and crumbs everywhere. Also very confusing with the drivers club as I tried to join it online and have not heard anything back and also asked about it in-store and was told cause they already processed the payment they can only do it next time. Other than that all good. Definitely recommend.

Booked my car in for mot & service for 3rd year running at the Basildon branch. I've always had excellent service so didn't mind driving all the way from Colchester. Unfortunately, my car's still not drivable despite paying over £400. Went to collect it today to find rear brakes not fitted correctly and not working! No road testing done, obviously as i discovered this as i went to drive the car away!!!! Ended up with a hire car after paying £70 for a taxi home. Not happy 😣

Excellent customer service.  I was surprised my car passed an MOT being quite old.  I would highly recommend IN'n'Out and I will be using their services for all my car needs.

I had to get a mot today for my car, I spoke to 5 mot company's but could not get it in,I know it was very short notice,spoke to Alan at 11.00am and he booked it in for 13.30 got there for 13.00 and the mot was sorted,that in my book is good service,and even got a nice cup of coffee.
