Beautiful green space with all the facilities one could need or ask for!nn- Picnic arean- Pond with wildlifen- A wide range of trees including: Oak trees, Various conifer trees, Hanky trees, Judas trees, Beech trees, Horse Chestnut trees:nn- Café - pricy but beautifully decoratedn- Toilet - did not try it but availablen- Plenty of space for dogs to run beware of notice to keep wildlife safen- Tennis courtsn- Basket ball courtsn- Skate parkn- Museum opened twice a week Wednesdays and SaturdaysnnEven managed to spot some bees and a grafted tree.nnAt the entrance near the Morrison leading to the Town centre there are lot of wild garlic, such a welcoming view.nnThe place has many trails and benches to seat and relax to enjoy nature. The pond is full of various ducks, spotted some ducklings too, probably 2 weeks old.nnIt is a very educational charges with history and a rather well maintain park with notice board explaining its history.nnViewing bee hive was a real treat .nnThe let down was the café. Although nicely decorated the price range for lunches is rather high compared to what is on offer on the high street. However is it beautifully decorated and full of options. For a coffee and a cake price are reasonable but I would not recommend having lunch there.nnIt is a great location to enjoy nature and the open outdoor with friends and family or simple alone.
Very nice area for family fun. Some kids activities, concerts and fontains. Incredible view, cafeteria, ice-cream van.nParking, tennis courts, playground.nHistorical building with museum

Beautiful green park with a lot of facilities and play areas. Love open green space. It was full of life. Jumping castles full of families. Cafe, toilets, tennis court, playground, lake and many more to make this park amazing place to have great time.
What an amazing park with playground.nMy son absolutely had the best time of his life. The playground is very modern and fun with the water park especially on a hot day like today 05.09.23 it was not very busy, probably as school has started.nThere is a climbing wall and a music ‘corner’nLovely coffee shop, I had a coffee and my son had an ice cream. I found it a bit pricey but nothing else around it.nThe park is very clean.
