Car park easy to find , right by the pond with swans, nice walk on the common and tea hut.
Lovely park to visit on a sunny day. Really calm and serene here. You can feed the swans and ducks. You can also fish here. There is a great little food shack for a quick bite and coffee/tea too
Brilliant place for a walk energetic or leisurely, a light refreshment, watching the waterfowl in their environment, meeting friends, and much muchore.
Beautiful walking, and can feed plenty of ducks and swans with the kids. Carpark is usually busy but normally a good turnaround of car spaces so you dont really have to wait
A Great place to walk the dogs Take the Family, Walk around the lakes and feed the Ducks and Swans.
Good car park but can get very busy at weekends. Good food and kids enjoy feeding ducks and swans Restrooms: Public restrooms available, usually nice and clean Dog-friendliness: Very dog friendly, almost too much at times Picnic area: Plenty of picnic tables by the lake
One of the best dog walking spots around Redhill and Reigate now that the golf course has closed. The area has reverted to common land so there is an expansive space of grass and woodland to explore. With the cafe and toilets in the main car park it’s a great place to take the kids. You can buy bird feed from the cafe to feed to swans, ducks and geese. There’s also a trail of bird boxes to spot in the trees.
Always worth going there for a comfortable walk around, maybe a bit muddy at times, but have a cuppa at the cafe and enjoy!!
Lovley people all keeping dogs on lead nice walk and a cuppa and sit down if you want to x
Great location, just next to the two lakes and the woods. The problem is that in peak times the car park is always full, so you'll need to plan your visit carefully. So, to be honest, the car park could be a bit larger. There is a nice café in the car park which is great if you want a drink after completing the lake loops or returning from hiking in the woods. The car park is not far from the other second lake where you can rent paddle boats.
