"A peaceful site surrounded by the rolling countryside of the Surrey Hills and North Downs but just two miles from the M25 and ideally located to visit London with its many attractions and activities. All pitches are level while there are also facilities for glamping and camping. It takes less than an hour to get to London using public transport but the hustle and bustle of the capital could be a world away with numerous walking trails and cycle routes easily accessible from the site. Families are well catered for with a play area and playground on site while Chessington World of Adventure theme park is only 11 miles away."

The best campsite we stayed in in the UK. Highly recommended. Lots of space between pitches. Loads of walks directly from the campsite which the hound loved. We were even able to walk to 2 lovely country pubs! We will be back ...
Lovely site & gem of a find. Beautiful grounds. Staff helpful. Clean & well kept. Only downfall...NO WIFI nor phone signal Tried to purchase on my phone, but as no signal, it doesn't let you complete. Unfortunately this would make me think twice before returning. Does not mean that the site deserves to drop a star though
Very well kept camp site with all amenities clean and well maintained. This is a great place to stay with the pitches set out under trees and well spaced. Some good walks to pubs.
Perfect site. I was really surprised to find this place to be so quiet, rural-looking and surrounded by trees, yet still inside the perimeter of London's M25 moyorway. Lovely welcome and helpful staff. We were out of the way on pitch 161 which was perfect for our little family gathering.
A hidden gem. Absolutely idyllic. We had non electric pitches and had a family gathering in a private little corner all to ourselves. Wild flowers everywhere. Plenty of space. Welcoming staff who were very helpful and accommodating to our requests. No sign of a traveller problem, in fact the previous bad reviews meant it was a lovely quiet site with loads of space. Will definitely return again.
Had a brilliant Bank Holiday weekend at this site Lots of different routes for dog walks, we walked to the fox pub from the site with prams which wasn't the easiest but manageable The site was peaceful and quiet and really clean Only thing they could do with is a baby swing for the park
Great place, lovely, clean and spacious. Watch your access and egress, some small roads around, follow their instructions and you'll be fine. Great staff, will come again.
We had a really good time here. A few of the many positive things here: - Beautiful campsite with many trees, almost like a park. You can go around and select your preferred pitch. - Very friendly stuff that even helped me out with a power cord I have forgotten. They are not too petty about the rules but they will enforce them where necessary. - Very dog friendly. Dogs are not charged extra. They even have a dog shower and a training area at the place where the dog can play and run without being on a leash. Right in front of the campsite footpath's can be found for long walks with your dog. - Facilities are very clean and nice. It's not wonder as the staff is constantly roaming around the site to keep everything tidy. - The campsite provides a lot information about what can de done around the campsite and also how to easily get to London. Extremly helpful! Uber is available as well, there.
This is our second visit but this time we came with friends. There are so many lovely dog walks out of the campsite, with a few pubs along the way, we did lots of walking whilst here and visited the Harrow,. The Fox and the WattingdonArms. The fenced off dog area is a little small but to be honest you can walk your dogs in the small woods next to the campsite should you want your dogs to be off the lead. The toilets were quiet and very clean up until Friday and then not so much! The site itself is huge and so we were able to tuck ourselves away, and had a grass pitch. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful too. Despite where this campsite is located it's very peaceful and you don't hear the traffic from the nearby roads, although there are a few planes and helicopters going over during the day!
Quiet site, level pitches, clean facilities. 2 nice outdoor play areas. No shop, cafe or indoor play. Laundry room £4 a wash and indoor dishwashing area plus the usual service points dotted around. You choose your own pitch on arrival and the site is very secure - vehicle entry and exit is controlled by passkey. Handy for caravanning as near M25 & M23 so can explore easily by car: Chessington Zoo, Reigate caves, Croydon, Gatwick Air Museum, Epsom races, etc. Or strike out further afield to London. There's also plenty of hiking routes.
