I have been renting cars for years from Athens airport but never from this trio National, Alamo, enterprise. I did not know what to expect. The welcome desk staff are just amazing, friendly, professional and listed and resolve issues on the sport. Same when I returned the car, the lady with the blonde hair don’t remember her name, was really attentive and nice. Same for customer service: Not very long after I left I realised that the car needed in 680 km some add blue, so I called and I got several solutions for them to top it up or for me to top it up and receive the money back when I return the car.. The warning light went on after I left so there is no way the staff could have known as I hade more than 700 km of add blue then. The people who brought me the car were friendly, polite, and did their job in the best possible way with great enthusiasm and answered all my questions as it was my first time driving the particular car. The car in excellent condition and lean almost new. They made a control and I was gone in no time Thanks Leo. Also when I returned the car Christoforos was just great, his politeness and care made me say, well here is where I am renting for next time for some examples: he asked me if my experience was good, informed me what to do with my add blue receipt and apologised for this, thanked me for choosing their company and wished me a safe flight, got my luggage off the car, asked me if I need a trolley, and got me one and even took care of some plastic bottles I left in the car. Whether you book with Alamo, Enterprise or National what you are about to encounter with those guys is a unique, uniformed and appalling experience that will probably scar your wallet for a few months.  First things first, what people complain about in their review is true. The staff at the counter are arrogant and rude!  They will not hesitate to roll their eyes on you when you ask a question or prove them wrong.  You are never right! Digest that before you approach the counter. It does not matter what you think you booked and for what price. They will cook it up and come out with their own price. Do not accept upgrades if you have experienced a red flag in your encounter. They will use the upgrade to cover up for what they have done. It's not a free upgrade, it will cost you patience and they will try to ridicule you before the eyes of other customers so they can win their empathy. Do not fall for their tricks they are mastermind con artists!
