Would never use these again. My daughter paid to rent a Ford Fiesta online. Paid the rental that was requested. Went to collect the car 2 days later was told no fiestas available and also she had to pay an extra £200 to take the car out of the garage. We paid the £200 straight away for her as she could not afford to pay this hidden extra. Told the £200 would be paid directly back into her account, still waiting for this to happen. Other people were also complaining in there. Really bad service. Do they not realise people need there money back straight away as a £200 deposit to take the car out of the garage is a lot of money to pay out.

Staff are good, however the company itself is shocking. They book rental slots without consideration for return times from other customers; ended up waiting five hours for my booked van.

Terrible service I booked and paid for a car on the 1st Feb for the Saturday pick up 8am for which you pay more.(3 days notice) I had a phone call Fri 4pm told me they did not have a car for me at 8am may have one at 10am !but uncertain they do not have enough cars/ ALTHOUGH THEY HAD PROMISED ONE AND TAKEN PAYMENT,I said credit me then please they young lady said fine I also asked that when they processed credit explain the reason that they could not fulfill the agreement to which she replied ok I have received my cc statement today 17/2/18 and I have still not been credited and no-one anywhere to speak to Disgraceful
