Yoga Therapy- Beginners and Intermediates
1-2-1 and couples. To suit your individual needs, personal correction of poses, stress, energy, breathing meditation and balance. For Posture, recovery after illness of injury, specific training for sports event.
Choice of yoga in the garden if the sun is shinning followed by a post yoga swim in the outdoor pool.
Available at Old Rectory Cottage.

For individuals and small groups.
£40/session (this can be split between the group/couple).
