In all honesty, even the highest rating of five stars falls short in conveying my utmost satisfaction with this establishment.nTheir staff demonstrated exceptional customer service, making me feel like a valued guest. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a remarkable experience.
Nandos is so hit and miss these days, but this branch always seems to struggle on alot of fronts. Staff there are no older then 20 with no management over them, they priotize delivery orders over the customers they have in the store. I love a good nandos but its not what it used to be 10 years ago, there standards are sometimes well bellow par. There is a few staff there that are really good at there job but they are few and far between. The food i had 2 days ago was abysmal, i asked for the corn to be grilled and they brought out the soggiest cob ive ever seen in my life, the mash tasted like it was made last week with the chicken being super dry in parts, i never complain i just will try to avoid this branch from now on
This has to be the worst restaurant I've visited! Cleanliness was non existent and had to clean the table myself. The menu was very limited.... No wraps, frozen yogurt, Fizzy drinks despite this they still had the audacity to charge full price for a bottomless glass, which for the record was red hot when it was given to us.nnThe app was also not working despite it being advertised throughout the restaurant and on the table.nnThe food was NOT value for money absolute disgraceful prices for example the image of the salad dish was £15! For a piece of chicken with salad which has bo dressing ‍ wasn't even available and coleslaw absolute shambles.nnMight also be worth teaching the male staff not to stare and point at female customers as they are entering and walking around the restaurant!nnThe only good thing is that the toilets looked clean and fresh and the outside was very presentable.nnI do not plan on visiting Nandos ever again... disgraceful prices and lack of staff training.
Great food and fast service. Can’t fault the food and a reasonable price compared to the rise in everything. Good portion sizes too.
Disappointing Experience at Nando'snnAs a frequent patron of Nando's, I've always appreciated their tasty dishes and consistent service. However, recent visits have left me increasingly dissatisfied. On my most recent visit, the chicken in my order was severely overcooked, resembling charcoal rather than the succulent dish I'm accustomed to. This trend of inconsistency is disappointing and undermines the reputation Nando's has built for quality. I hope they address these issues promptly to restore the trust of their loyal customers.
