This has to be the worst restaurant I've visited! Cleanliness was non existent and had to clean the table myself. The menu was very limited.... No wraps, frozen yogurt, Fizzy drinks despite this they still had the audacity to charge full price for a bottomless glass, which for the record was red hot when it was given to us. The app was also not working despite it being advertised throughout the restaurant and on the table. The food was NOT value for money absolute disgraceful prices for example the image of the salad dish was £15! For a piece of chicken with salad which has bo dressing ‍ wasn't even available and coleslaw absolute shambles. Might also be worth teaching the male staff not to stare and point at female customers as they are entering and walking around the restaurant! The only good thing is that the toilets looked clean and fresh and the outside was very presentable. I do not plan on visiting Nandos ever again... disgraceful prices and lack of staff training. We are massive Nando’s fan as family. Usually go to Nando’s , Bentley bridge , Wolverhampton. However this time we wanted to try different one so went to wednesbury. The place was clean , staff was helpful. Food was amazing. The service was a boo slow but it was Friday and I was told before we sat down that it can take upto 45mins. At least they warned us before we sat down. Had a lovely time. 5/5
Very busy but ok, pretty speedy service and friendly, helpful staff. Limited choice of drinks and other items due to running low on stocks. Even vinegar for chips was unavailable! Food was good but a couple of chips were straight from the freezer...with ice on...and had been put in bowls "by mistake". Will avoid at weekend from now on.
Visited here yesterday had the double chicken breast pitta, had to send the first one back as it was dry and tough. Onto the second one same again, dry and tasteless. I couldn’t eat it the lad Kieron said I’ll get the manager. Very slow so I went up to the counter could hear him talking about me when I approached him and the manager both have sour faces and quite rude in there demeanour so I said forget the refund I’m going to write a bad review. Don’t know what happened to the customer service in this place. Never had this experience here before and have always visited this one over many others. Definitely won’t be returning though. Chef needs retraining as he really can’t cook a chicken breast! Also the haloumi sticks not good at all shame really as like I said previously I’ve ate here lots of times before. Constantly changing staff so nothing stays the same. Toilets not clean either I might add also food all over the seats. Bit of advice fix up yourselves and if your going to be a manager please learn to manage properly. What a waste of my £60 odd pounds. Parking: Lots of parking available.
Having been Nandos on several occasions I know what to expect. I had a Rainbow Bowl salad which was very pleasant and filling. The layout was the same as most Nandos and customer service was fine. The toilets were exceptionally clean. Would re-visit this branch.
Food was ok but got a wrap to take away,there was 3 pieces of chicken on the wrap and has to complain!!!Food: 3/5
Was OK when we visited! However service was a little slow and our waitress wasn't over friendly or attentive. However the staff behind the till were helpful and managed to transfer my nandos points onto my card after giving my information.
Went here today for lunch and safe to say we left extreamly dissatisfied, meal wasn’t amazing but could live with that, we ordered an extra garlic bread for the table and that was burnt, didn’t taste any garlic on there or anything other then cremation! Informed one of the staff who did offer to replace by this point were struggling to finish our meal anyways so didn’t want any more garlic bread, the server then offered us a free pudding to take away with us and we opted to take that, but this never arrived, he went behind into the kitchen and ended up cooking, at this point there was only 1 table waiting for food so could see no reason as to why he needed to cook! We then decided to leave as was clear nothing was comming over to us. Won’t rush back to this nandos again. Which is a shame as normally nandos is our go to place!
We have visited multiple times. Staff are excellent and work hard. Restaurant and toilets were clean. Food lovely and pipping hot. Favourite nandos. Vegetarian options: Multiple vegan options Kid-friendliness: Colouring books and crayons Parking: Massive free car park
Waiting in queue of 3 people to order. A set of 4 police officers came in and a member of staff from the kitchen came straight out to serve them, therefore jumping the existing queue. When I mentioned to manager she couldn't have cared less and made excuses rather than apologies. Service abysmal, temperature set at about 1000 degrees and place grubby and dirty. Good only saving grace. Have eaten at dozens of nandos and this one is by far the worst. Would not recommend.
