Delivery - hadnt had kfc for a while thought would give a try again, absolutely horrible on this occasion, usually it is OK from wednesbury branch a bit hit and miss here and there but on this occasion has put me right off KFC. Would not order again. The fries are a disgrace limp cold tasteless only taste is the skin on them, the chicken was very salty and not very flavourful.
I had a great time at KFC with my friends! The atmosphere was friendly, and the staff made our visit even better. One of the team members, Ash, stood out with his hard work and great sense of humor. He made us feel welcome and kept us laughing throughout our meal. It’s always nice to see someone enjoying their work and going the extra mile to make customers feel at home. Thanks, Ash, for making our KFC experience memorable!
Got diverted on our journey home, so we happened to take a chance to stop at KFC Wednesbury. We've been to a few before, but this one was the best we've experienced. Customer service goes a long way, and smiling faces and a bit of friendly banter is what we received. The food was quick to be prepared and fresh. Only minor niggle was the AC was set to despite it being cold and raining outside, and a few more toilets would cut down on queue times.
Quick service.nThe zinger burgers were great.nChicken wings were rather oily and not very meaty.nStaff wAs friendly and helpful.nI am going to score this branch 4/5 for food,4/5 due to cleanliness overall,2/5 for toilets and 5/5 staff friendliness.
The Food is Good but staff is playing with metric same like wolverhampton Branch.nI think it's new trend in kfc.nThey give you order atleast 7 mins after the screen says your order is ready.nAnd One of the girl from staff which seems Senior, when I asked her about that she lied straight in my face that the machine is faulty.
