Food is amazing, service is friendly. Mostly been early evenings when it's been really quiet. No parking on site, but the cricket club carpark is 2 minutes across the road.

I dined at Case Mia last night what should have been a very pleasurable evening turned out to be a very embarrassing and emotional evening. We were shown to our table, the restaurant was slightly cold and other diners had their coats on. We ordered our starter of Balsamic Vinegar with Olive Oil and warm bread. We received our order the bread was stone cold in the middle we asked the waitress if we could have the bread warmed or toasted. The waitress began to argue that the bread was freshly baked this morning n there was nothing wrong with bread but brought back another batch of bread which had been warmed. We thank her politely. We ordered our main which was nicely presented, I didn't finished my meal but didn't make any comment. Waitress asked what was wrong with my meal I said nothing but she pressurised me into making a comment. To my disbelief the waitress launched into a full blown argument rant all we done since entering the building is complaint. She raised her voice so everyone could hear embarrassing myself, my guest and the other diners who didn't know where to look. I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone and most of all if you can not take constructive comment DON'T asked. To the waitress have some manners and self control. So disappointed.

My husband and I booked a table at this restaurant on Sat 24th. This was for valentines day and our anniversary. We were seated shortly after 7, served 20 mins later. We ordered drinks. Waiter too order for starters and main. 8.45 still no starter. There was a party of approx 10 that came in shorlty after my husband and I. Their food order was taken after ours, yet they got their starters before us. We asked where our starters were, only to be told theyll be iver in 5 min. When they did come it was completly wrong and definately not ours. That was it, we never saw a waiter again. So we got up put our coats on and as we left spoke to manager,. We felt we had been discriminated against, as we were are asian. It was such a disappointment, we had got all dressed to celebrate our anniversary. Ended up picking up a chinese about 9.30 on way home. Complete and utter disappointment!!. Collie....
