The staff were friendly and provided great service, which I really appreciated. However, I was disappointed with the food. it didn’t meet my expectations in terms of taste and quality. Hopefully, there will be improvements in the future.

The moment I walked in, I was welcomed with a warm smile and a genuine friendliness that immediately set the tone for the meal. The service was attentive without being overbearing, and everything felt smooth, relaxed, and well-organized.nnThe highlight of the service was definitely Ellie and Katie, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Ellie was cheerful and efficient, checking in at just the right times and making sure I felt comfortable. Katie was equally brilliant, offering recommendations on the sauces and sides, which turned out to be spot on. Their energy, professionalism, and kindness truly stood out and made the visit feel personal and special.nnAs for the food—it was exceptional. The chicken was cooked perfectly: tender, juicy, and full of that signature Nando’s flavor. The sides were fresh, tasty, and served promptly, with everything arriving hot and beautifully presented. Every bite was a reminder of why Nando’s is such a reliable favourite.nnOverall, it was an outstanding visit. Thanks to Ellie and Katie, along with the consistently delicious food, I’ll definitely be coming back soon.
Amazing, we forgot to order the kids food and the staff managed to get theirs out really quick once we had ordered fast service very friendly
Food was great as always, but the staff made this visit exceptional! They were so accommodating, kind, and had amazing people skills. Even when a fire alarm went off and the building had to be evacuated, everything was handled with care and professionalism. Truly top-tier service that made my day!
Got takeaway while staying at a nearby hotel for business, was worried it would be cold as was 3-4 miles away but wasn’t.nWould order again.
