The staff here are absolutely amazing. Upon leaving 5 staff said thank you and greeted us out.nnCame in when it was very busy. We originally went to Portsmouth but it’s always a shambles there. So came here and THANK LORD. Amazing, reassuring service and quick food with no issues. Even if there is they are always so happy to help and fix it.nnMy go to Nandos from now on!

His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine warmth were evident throughout. He has a remarkable ability to build rapport, making customers feel welcomed, valued, and completely at ease. His style, charisma, and natural people skills are a credit not only to himself but to Nando’s as a whole.nnWhat impressed me most was the pride and passion he brings to his role. Outstanding customer service has become increasingly rare, yet Luke delivers it effortlessly. The staff were friendly and provided great service, which I really appreciated. However, I was disappointed with the food. it didn’t meet my expectations in terms of taste and quality. Hopefully, there will be improvements in the future.
LUKE served us and was very kind. Attentive and polite. Greeted us with big smiles and made us feel welcomed immediately! He made sure my kids were entertained and communicated well. The kids won an Easter egg after completing an Easter hunt and they were thrilled. Thank you Nando’s for such a memorable experience for us. The service was 10/10 - thank you to Luke again.
We went to a very busy Fareham Nando’s last night around 8pm. As soon as we walked in we were pleasantly greeted by one of the staff members, Luke, who got us a table straight away. He couldn’t have been more accommodating for us. Unreal service. The food was also very good. Great work!
