This is a P*SS poor performance from a Indian Takeaway. It has been unbelievable, this is the worst experience I have had from your company. I ordered @1845 and I have only just received the order @2135. The food came to me cold, the chip where soggy and greasy. The Balti was cold, the chicken wasn't cooked properly and the naan bread was mush where it had been sitting in the bag for a long time. If you have more sense then money DO NOT order from here, food was just terrible. I personally want a refund but I doubt I will even get it. I work in a remote industrial estate where I cant leave site and this kind of behavior is just unacceptable. I called @2045 to see where my food was and I was faced with " It has just left it will be with you in 10 minutes". My site is 11 Minutes from this establishment and I have been waiting a extra 45 minutes. Im not happy at all. You have one angry and yet still hungry customer, not acceptable. You have lost my custom!!!
2hr wait, 3 phone calls made to find out where food was, and told it was on its way, and still not turned up so cancelled order as it's a very badly run business. Will be informing my local friends to the so called takeaway and advising them not to use the business as they are rubbish and run by a bunch of amateurs.
We ordered off of just eat and it said the food will be delivered at 20:30 we order at 19:00, then at 20:30 we receive an email saying it will be delivered at 21:00. The food wasn't delivered until 21:25, when it was delivered the driver didn't have any change so had to look in the car, and even then he didn't have the right amount.
Ordered for collection, called me when the order was ready, bang on time. Food was really great, and obviously home cooked and not from a bottle which is so often the case. Doesn't look like much from the outside, was a bit worried at first, but trust me it was very very good! Give them a try
Stopped delivering to us end 2017 and it's a long way to go and collect, would happily pay for delivery but I no longer use Anapurna so disappointed : updated from Delivers to Soberton SO32 which is unheard of and the food is lovely - used twice will
Told order would be an hour. Phoned after an hour and 20, to be told another 10 minutes. Don't think so...
Great service ,quick Delivary and lovely curry have used several times highly recommended
