Great food! Amazing service! Asked for extra garlic sauce and they definitely delivered! Which means they read the notes from people with allergies too!. Food was hot and very quick- especially great as we live in Gosport! Can recommend lamb doner wrap, fried chicken, chicken burger and cheesey chips! Shared between 2! Five stars all round

recieved multiple hairs on chicken, food was completely dry and i felt like i was biting into 3 day old meat, chips were obviously microwaved multiple times over and they were severely overpriced for what i was given. i would rate 0 stars if i could. Placed an order with Ken's chicken at 11.30. Delivery time estimated for 12.15. They take the money but my order never turned up. They don't even have the common decency to let you know they are running late. Absolutely appalling service. Will report them to Trading standards.

Love the food but website says they close at 5am and they don't serve food after 1.30, when I've had a boozy night, how am I supposed to get my chicken. Normally love a kens! Open later!!!
Chicken taken from what should have been a hot shelf... and dropped into the deep fat frier for a few minutes.... left the chicken dripping in oil... Kebab meat not hot or fresh... Dissapointed.Food: 2/5
Spent £16.30 on a jumbo pallet to share with the wife. All the meat was cold and uncooked asked for sauce separate as we were sharing that didn't happen. Called the restaurant and they hung up three times No refund no redelivery just abuse on the phone and being called racist when my wife is Turkish! I almost forgot they told me to pick the bad bits out of the food and continue eating!! I recommend staying far away from this restaurant as the food sucks the management is even worse. The customer does not come first here. If you want unedible food and to ruin your night this is the place to eat.
Not impressed to be honest. Everything was packed under one another. So, at the bottom we had our fried chicken which wasn’t crispy at all then we had our chips on top of the chicken! Bizarre because it made everything wet and into a mush. The Onion Rings came separate but weren’t particularly crispy. Also, I ordered the BBQ Beans and it wasn’t BBQ, and the pot for the beans was minute. Two spoon fulls and that was it!!!! It was just very disappointing. The delivery time was much quicker than the original time that Ken’s said on the JustEat app. So, don’t think the time they give you is enshrined in stone.
