Evening meal with work colleagues. Group of 6 the meal was great. Service was ok for us as we were not in a rush. One of our party had a voucher that was for 40% on the bill for up to 8 persons so that reduced our bill down to under £20 per head. Cheers to all the staff at ASK very helpful and friendly atmosphere.

Excellent food. My personal preference is not for musak, didn't help that we chose a table under a struggling speaker pushing pop, and the modern sparse decor meant dreadful accoustics. Attentive staff thought I was mad, but were happy to turn it down. All in all, a very enjoyable meal.

A bland place to eat, with ok food. It was not bad, but neither was it particularly good. The prices seemed high in relation to the quality of the food.

Another lovely evening! Food is always delicious with lots of vegan and gluten-free options. Looking forward to the new Spring menu!

This was the second time we had been to this restaurant. The first time the meal was just okay but the service was good. On this occasion the place was baking hot which both I and other customers raised as an issue. The chef clearly had never heard of the expression al dente because the linguine was slimy and limp and there was very little sauce. The waiter noted my complaints but was clearly inexperienced and did nothing to resolve them. Maybe it was just too busy for the staff, the place was packed and so noisy I couldn't hear what was being said, which totally ruined the ambiance. To be honest, there are much better Italian restaurants nearby to bother giving Ask another chance.
