Nice and fun decor, friendly staff. I've not had this before, so it was an experience. I find the dough bit too sweet and rather filling. I don't have a very sweet tooth. I'd recommend having it with a cuppa coffee.
The place is nice, as well as the staff. The dough was, for my personal taste, way too sweet! I couldn't finish it. At some point, it wasn't even enjoyable anymore. The cup costed £3,60 and I could choose two flavours, I opted for the one of salted caramel and honeycomb, plus the hazelnut one. They are not bad, but seriously too too too sweet and I actually like sweet things. Maybe a matter of taste.
Really bad experience with this shop. Brought my purchase online and received no communication or confirmation of my order but they took the money. Contacted them 4 times on there website,Instagram and then email before I heard a response and was informed I would be sent my tracking number. 4 days later and again nothing. Not sure if its a 1 time thing and they are having a bad day but really really bad customer service, no communication and based on this I will not be buying again or recommending.
Chocolate & oreo and chocolate chip #cookiedough topped with soft serve ice-cream. It was decent but the flavour was strong so only get one scoop and get ice-cream. It’s only good if you’re just passing by, I wouldn’t travel just to get this. 5/10.
Really good. Very friendly, it's within top shop it's in a weird location took a while to find.. its a shame u can't get milk shake cookie dough yum hopefully they make it bigger

So good! I didn’t even know you could get cookie dough in london like this. Make sure to get it with ice cream because may be a bit dry otherwise, the ice cream definitely helps. It is super sweet but isn’t that what you want?
I ordered two flavours after watching this company on My Million Pound Menu. My son was keen to try so I ordered some. I waited for the 7 days they suggest to wait for delivery and having still not recieved the order, I contacted the company I didn't recieve a reply. I then sent another message to them asking where the order was. Obviously it is important to refrigerate the product, so I was concerned that it hadn't been delivered. I received an email back telling me to take it up with Royal mail! I haven't git the order and the company don't care; took my money and don't care. I would avoid this company. Thanks for the tracking number. Unfortunately, it doesn't help. I specifically asked for mine to be delivered to my door, not communal area . It obviously wasn't. If you as a company can't track and ensure delivery, there is little point in wasting money ordering from you. I'm absolutely disappointed as was looking forward to trying your naked dough. Such a shame that you really don't seem to care about your customers actually getting what they paid for. Iver never known such awful service
Though many people have been complaining about the large portion, I would like to express my disappointment that the portions are getting smaller and smaller every time I visit. The staff must have taken it too close to heart as my overfilling tub of cookie dough has really decreased in quantity. However, the cookie dough is very tasty and I would definitely recommend Chocolate Mud Pie and Naked Sheeran. The vegan cookie dough option was quite tasteless and the Halloween special was only pretty in colour though.
Very good service. And always good to try something new in town. Although it’s a small tub, but enough for two people. Unlimited free topping and delicious cookie dough.
