Very average almond croissant unfortunately. I tried their almond croissant as I had been craving one ever since I had the delicious one from Arôme. This is was not great. I’m from France and the almond croissant was just not flaky enough, buttery enough or crispy enough. The filling was ok, but could have been more flavourful in my opinion. It’s a cute little place, but maybe try something else than the almond croissant.
Cute French cafe open only on weekends. Lovely inside with a small gardens Some beautiful pastries. Only criticism was that I found the coffee pretty lacklustre.Food: 5/5
I got a ham baguette with latte, both were delicious. The hottest latte ever, I wasn’t careful and burned my tongue! Lovely service, too. It felt like a family run place and not some boring chain or franchise.Food: 5/5
Absolutely stunning interior. It looks out into a garden with French doors. Really lovely. I had the almond croissant and really enjoyed it! I got the last one and heard the owner saying they sell out really quickly! Nice owners as well. Definitely recommend. I tried the flat white as well. Vegetarian options: Almost, if not all, pastries were vegetarian.
A lovely hidden gem! Very cute café with a small but lovely garden space in the back. Staff were lovely and very welcoming and the coffee + pastries were great. It’s unassuming but very friendly and homely, will definitely come back : Dietary restrictions: Vegan options available
Lovely place run by an older couple. The baked goods are delicious and they have created a lovely little place with a cheery atmosphere and a mix of tourists and repeat customers. If you are anywhere close on a weekend, which is the only time they are open, it is well worth a visit. They have a few tables and also do takeaway. You can get bread and sweet and savory baked goods.
We randomly found it as we had booked an Airbnb nearby. Great variety of products, both savory and sweet. Recommended for a quick morning coffee and breakfast.Food: 5/5
Our go to café on the weekends. Always a pleasure to see the lovely couple behind the counter with the many delicious options they have. One of the only places in London only that sell legit french baguettes. The atmosphere inside to eat-in is just magical and relaxing and perfect to start a day on the weekend.
Stopped by on a Saturday afternoon, and picked up an absolutely delicious strawberry tart. Good quality pastry, sweet and fresh creme patisisiere, and fragrant strawberries that you could smell through the box. Delightful owners, and despite it only being open on weekends, a treat if you're in the area.
Is a lovely place!! We came here running from the rain, and it was a real surprise. We had a expresso and cappuccino, real good!! And salmon beagle, great for breakfast. I do recommendFood: 5/5
