I came with my sister who was getting married to get her nails done and the service was carried out perfectly. The staff at nails 4u especially Mary was very attentive to my needs and my sisters. She was very kind and polite and fixed anything we did not like. Very professional and got exactly what we wanted so definitely will be my set nail salon in the futureServices:&nbsp;Acrylic nails

The customer service is incredible! I’m a university student who moved from london to Birmingham and was so nervous about trying new nail shops. Here, they’ve made me feel so comfortable, the prices are awesome, reasonable and affordable. The work is so neat and done with time & love, i believe it’s definitely with the price. My toe nail was damaged after putting acrylics nails on it over the summer but they’ve managed to revive my toenail and it’s now back and healthy. I honestly do recommend this spot. Maybe I have high standards but this is quite possibly the worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten in my life. The quality of the nail painting is terrible. A pedicure shouldn’t be painful! They don’t have an all in one station so you have to sit at a manicure table where you rest your foot on their leg under the table and they remove old polish. You’re then expected to walk barefoot to the actual pedicure chairs where they scrub your feet. Maybe mine was just a one off bad experience but it was bad enough for me to never go back. For £35 you deserve a lot better than not properly painted toes and sore cuticlesService:&nbsp;Pedicure

I have been a loyal customer to this nail shop for 8 years now but today was an absolute joke. The boss lady Mary wasn’t there which is probably why the service was awful. It took two hours for them do a gel full set, something that should take no more than an hour. Whoever was in charge was not keeping on eye on how long it was taking, Mary would have made sure it was done in a reasonable amount of time. I asked the lady to be quicker she still took another 40 mins not her fault though as there are more experienced staff who should of helped her, the shop was quiet and two people who came after me and had more done left before me. I spent £40 and have now lost an additional £30 for an appointment I couldn’t make in time because of this. I have also just noticed one of the nails are crooked too. I want a full refund asap and I think it might be time to get a new nail shop, shows how one bad experience can mean you lose a loyal customer, not happy at allService:&nbsp;Nail extensions

went there and showed them a picture of my nails and did it the total opposite, all she did was keep talking and not paying attention to my nails they aren’t even the same and too over priced bad just badddd
