Booked last week for a full body and full face wax. Was told on the phone it will be £75, when arrived they refused to do arms as the hair was not long enough and didn’t do face either. They then said they had to charge me each wax separately and I had to pay £80 despite arms and face not being done. I went elsewhere and had to pay £20 and they did it with no problem, as there was enough growth. Ended up paying £100 in total.  Staff will lie to you, charge you more money and my hair has grown back after 1 week which means they use cheap products. I am disgusted and shocked with their service.  I will be taking this further.

Lovely Salon and amazing experience! Simi is always kind and gentle when providing her beauty treatments, she ensures you are always comfortable and has excellent customer service! No pain as she is very gentle and soft handed when waxing and you are so distracted by her funny stories and banter! Will defo be using this salon as my regular! X

Great salon. 3 of us had party hair & make up. 1st time visited the salon. Final look was wonderful, very professional. Highly recommend.

my eyebrows  have been done a few times from  Simi and she does them very nice she does the shape and keeps them thick.

Really pathetic service.. They did not even do a simple hair wash and dry service in a proper manner.. Very badly handled my hair, the lady was in such a rush and damaged my hair.. The parlour lacks cleanliness too.. And they charged too much for such poor service..I would never recommend.

Great salon, been regular customers for a good few years now so wasn't expecting to get a wax burn since they're usually so good. Not so happy with the service I received last time.

My sister and I have been using Simi's Hair & Beauty services since 2008. We have asked Simi to do our hair for all our family weddings. She has always done a beautiful hairstyle for us both and tailors it to exactly the style we choose. Simi can turn her hand to any hairstyle simply by showing her a photo. She recently did a 'braided bun' hairstyle for me for my cousin's wedding, that still looked great hours after she's done it. Her prices are reasonable and in the past 15 years, she has always been dependable and gone the extra mile! Thanks again Simi for doing our hair - until the next wedding! R Kaur x
