I recently visited this family-run wellness facility located in the heart of the city, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The service was outstanding, especially thanks to Kuldip, who went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic experience. The atmosphere was beautifully calming, with an inviting aroma that added to the overall sense of relaxation. What stood out the most was the level of care and attentiveness from everyone it made the visit truly special.

I had a mini pedicure and gel nails for my sisters wedding. Kuldip immediately made me feel welcome and spent time going through different colours with me and advising on what suits my skin tone. She took a lot of time and care over my treatments and was friendly and warm. The salon manager was also welcoming and friendly and Blue the dog is  It's so lovely to visit a family run salon in Birmingham.

I've been seeing Kuldip for the past two years, and each visit has been fabulous. The salon has a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home when you walk in. With Kuldip's attention to detail, she reshaped and perfected my eyebrows! Kuldip provides exceptional waxing services as well. She noticed my eczema one day and recommended vitamins available at the clinic. After taking them, my eczema cleared up completely. I cannot recommend this clinic enough, Kuldip's skill and knowledge makes every visit a great experience!

I always look forward to going to my eyebrow appointment because Kuldip always does a fantastic job on my eyebrows! She is very skilled and is such a warm and kind-hearted person. I highly recommend!

I booked an orly spa pedicure appointment today as a birthday treat. All the staff are super lovely and the place smells divine also the fluffy dog is very well behaved. The pedicure itself was very relaxing and hygenic. I also had a lovely chat with the lady doing it forgot to ask for her name. Hopefully she has an easy pregnancy. Suggestion; to speed the drying of the nail polish, you may want to utilise fan devices or offer pedicure slippers as not all people can come wearing sandals or slippers.

I had a Guinot Hydradermie facial by Kuldip but unfortunately my next appointment was cancelled due to an accident she had. My next appointment is in May and although I could have easily found another salon rather than wait three months for Kuldip's arm to get better there is no way I would have considered it because of the amazing and attention to detail service I had from Kuldip on my first visit to her salon. I have always had caci facials at a salon which has now closed down but after having had the guinot hydradermie by Kuldip I will never have anything else. BTW love your dog and the selection of sweets on the reception counter. Thank you so much Kuldip. You are truly a professional, a warm and a kind person. Rita

Booked a pedicure for my boyfriend's Christmas present after reading the reviews online and I can honestly say that she did not disappoint and even exceeded this expectation!!!. My boyfriend told me how welcoming the owner was, how helpful she was re. feedback on maintenance, products, after care etc and overall how excellent the service was provided. He has insisted that we are both going to be regular customers. Definitely would recommend to anyone!

After moving to Birmingham I was a little apprehensive about finding a new clinic. From the moment Kuldip answered the phone, I knew it was going to be a fab experience. And she didn't disappoint!  I attended for some waxing treatments and was exremely pleased with the results. Kuldip gave me such a warm welcome and made me feel comfortable throughout. I have definitely found my new go-to and would recommend to anyone feeling unsure.

This is the best appointment I’ve ever had - not just for waxing, in general. The energy was so warm and inviting ! The lady made me feel extremely comfortable, as I’ve had bad experiences with wax before, due to it being a painful experience… but who you go to truly matters - This time it was completely different and she definitely shifted my perspective on the treatment. So friendly and funny ! makes your time even more enjoyable. Thank you for your kindness.
