The shop isn’t essentially bad and it has a lot of potential. The location is great and the interior is quite nice as well. There are about 3-4 chairs for customers, although when I went there were only 2 employees. I’ve had my nails on for around a week now and it looks as good as the first day I got it done. I had to ask the nail tech to fix the amount of acrylic applied a few times throughout the session as it was an ombré set and each nail was starting to look different than the last. The staff listen to feedback and generally fix their mistakes along the way. Overall, my nails look pretty now and my nail tech was enthusiastic about doing his work but I don’t think the price of the nails are worth the actual experience or set. That being said all the issues could be easily solved so everything could be improved.

The worst Nail shop I have ever come across in my life. They work so slow, and overcharge so so unfairly. A full set at any other nail shop is a simple £25. I got there at 7PM and at 8:20PM A WHOLE HOUR AND 20 MINUTES LATER and I hadn’t even had my nails filed. I had to leave the shop with the base acrilic on, no varnish, no shape and no colour. And they had the audacity to charge me £33for what? They spent 20 minutes on each finger. Absolute pisstake. So I walked away with not even a full set priced at £33. I feel sick UPDATE: I painted my own nails as can not afford another £6 as had already been charged do much. One of my nails have completely snapped ff and pulled my real nail off... really poor quality and so upset with how much I was charged for this to happen - I wont be able to get my nails done again for a while! Please can I have a refund as I do not agree with how my nails have been left.
Overall I am happy with my gel manicure, but there were a couple of issues Pros: extensive range of colours, friendly and polite staff, offered a drink, good value and location Cons: - booking through treatwell I selected nail art, but was told I'd have to pay more when I got to the salon. When I mentioned the nail art they didnt seem confident or show me any ideas of what they could do, so I chose to just have different colours on each nail. - the equipment looks pretty ancient and unclean, especially the buffers and files which were super worn out and unhygienic. There was a lot of nail dust in the air which could be prevented if they had good ventilation at the tables, so there is some debris stuck to my nails see the middle one. Not hugely obvious but its preventable. Overall I am satisfied - I would consider going again given the good price and location.
Had my first pedicure here. I pre-booked, but on arrival I was asked to sit at a station for 15-20mins with no explanation as to what I was waiting for. I paid £35 for a spa pedicure but didn't receive a massage. Polish was terrible and did not cover my whole nail surface. I had lines from where the lady had used her nail to scrape off excess polish. I felt my treatment was rushed due to the store closing as when I got home both my big toes were severely smudged as it wasn't set properly. I ended up removing the polish as it looked really bad. Lovely shop interior and cleaner than any nail shop I have been in however not so good customer service. I have been to many nail shops in and around Birmingham and this is the worst customer service I have received. The lady I believe the manger was nice enough asking me for a tea and coffee but then was shouting up stairs telling the gent who was doing my nails that they should charge me x amount in their language so I didn’t understand - I don’t mind this as this is what I am used to and I was told £44 for something I usually pay l £30 for. I did not excodft this shop to be cheap but 14 extra and being told mid way through my nails was very uncomfortable and I was the only person in the shop. I was then told 38 - I did not mind paying this amount extra due to location/niceness of shop however the gent went on his phone multiple times while doing my nails for periods of up to 5 minutes without excusing himself and just left me staring at his head while doing so. My nails took two hours which normally takes 1.5 hours max. Wouldn’t mind paying the price if the service matched but it didn’t - won’t be going back.
This salon is awful at best. The only nail technical who has any skills is the male. The females are not professional at all and seem depressed and are constantly speaking in their language to one another which is not at all professional. I felt like they were talking about me the whole time. I have gone maybe 6 times in total. I had a female technical actually burn my nail! Just awful! The equipment is outdated when compared to other salons in the city.
