Great pub just above Belper Market Place, friendly staff and great real ale, Marsdens Pedigree my favourite. Parking and a good size beer garden at rear. Well recommended Food: 5/5
Nice pub, great selection of bands lined up usually, raffles and activities regularly taking part. Nice community pub but friendly enough if it's a one time visit. Great beer garden to the side.
Went early on a very warm Friday evening. A pint of their Razer Back cask ale was the answer to all the questions in that moment, perfect temperature and wonderful taste. Sat in the undiscovered secret garden at the rear of the pub, like an oasis of calm. See pictures. Will definitely return next time in Belper.

Absolutely an amazing place THEY HAD THE "BELPER SOUL FESTIVAL" there wow fantastic. The owner's and bar staff are brilliant such a clean pub & the toilets men/women are spotless. I have NEVER BEEN TO SUCH AN "HONEST" PUB. My friend brought a round of drinks then 5 minutes later the girl came and said the bottle drinks are on offer so heres some money back.Any other pub would have kept it WELL DONE FOR YOUR HONESTY. If you are in Belper go give them your support it's not in the town itself but just a couple of minutes away. It as a car park you can sit in or out side in the garden. It was such a pleasant 2 hours.
Nice pub with nice beer
Great atmosphere, friendly and well kept beers. Live music most weekends. A family friendly pub, pool table in the back bar area, darts & dominoes teams. I tend to be an early doors person & the atmosphere is always good, apparently its great to banging in an evening with bands on. Recently the Nags has started doing food on a Saturday and it's good quality bar meals. A great town centre pub.
Best pubs in Belper ,friendly staff,welcoming atmosphere .lovely landlady & landlord . Saturday night a Brill night . Nice ale. Recommended a vist if your in town Service: 5/5
