I Absolutely 100% recommend Dental Wave. I was booked in on the day I rang. I was in a bad way. The receptionist on the phone was so kind and helpful. The dentist went way above expected care and treatment. She and the nurse were brilliant. Everything was explained properly and the after care perfect. The clinic itself is excellent. Beautifully clean and smart and has a very good atmosphere.
Had a very positive new patient experience, from not seeing a dentist in a long time I was very anxious. Dr Beatrice was very warm and welcoming straight away, she was very gentle and extremely informative. She made me feel very calm and went through my dental plan. Am very happy that I chose the dental wave.
Very welcoming and made me feel comfortable immediately. Dentist was lovely and put me at ease I hadn't been to the dentist in about 8 years. Dentist and receptionist were very open about pricing and I didn't feel pressured into booking any extra treatment right away. Would recommend to anyone who needs a dentist!
Visited the Dental Wave under an emergency appointment at short notice. Excellent service from start to finish. Booked the appointment with Emma, who was very caring and informative and got me booked in on the same day. My appointment was with Lloyd, who was very patient and I'm really pleased with the work he has done. His nurse was also very reassuring and spotted that I am a nervous patient! I had terrible toothache and was struggling to find a local dentist. The dental wave got me in on the same day and the dentist was great. I'm a very nervous patient but she was very understanding and empathetic. She talked me through my options and managed to treat the problem temporarily so the pain stopped immediately. All the staff we're very polite and helpful and I'll be going back to finish my treatment. Thank you for helping me at such short notice
It was a pleasure meeting Eddie today and I look forward to my next consultation with him in August. I was once again most impressed with the same high level of treatment and consistantly kind, friendly professionalism from all the staff at the Dental Wave. For me, this is equally as important as the treatment I receive. The thought, effort and and hard work from the team hasn't gone entirely unnoticed. Thank you.
Although the initial appointment was unavoidably cancelled, I was seen ahead of time. The hygienist was very thorough. Subsequently, the dentist examined my teeth. No treatment was necessary but I was warned about the possibility of old fillings needing to be replaced.
I was having severe tooth issues having neglected my teeth for a number of years. Managed to get an emergency appointment. Excellent treatment from Dr Salzi sorted out the pain. Was impressed enough to join the membership scheme.
Visited this morning for the first time and was greeted by the friendly receptionists and then had a thorough examination on my teeth by Betty who explained in detail all options available to me which i was very grateful for . Would thoroughly reccommend this dentist.
Amazing first experience! It was my first time ever seeing a dentist and I was extremely nervous but as soon as I walked into the building, the receptionists were lovely, greeting me warmly. I was seen soo quickly by Llyod and his nurse who I both could not fault. Llyod explained everything to me, was never judgemental and I felt so at ease during my whole appointment. I cannot fault the team at all! Thank you all so much.
