A tidy, professional clinic. The reception staff were really welcoming and kind. Leanne the hygienist and Andreas provided a really thorough assessment and treatment which has made a big difference to not only my health but confidence as well. They have also given me more education for self management which has been really helpful. I highly recommend the Lighthouse Dental Practice to anyone who is searching for an excellent private Dentist.
Reception were most welcoming at arrival on today's visit, and the hygenist kept the appointed time. Once in the chair Sophie's experience eased the operation efficiently in good succession. My teeth and gums are vastly improved, and the aftercare advice was clear to help future care.
Going to the dentists is pleasure at this practice. Cannot praise them highly enough. Both Dr’s Eddie and Mo are just fantastic dentists and lovely people and their receptionists are incredibly friendly, kind and helpful. If you need a really good private dental clinic then this is definitely where you should go.
As my first ever review about anything, I have to give the highest rating/praise/thanks to Mr Elbadri for the first class dental treatment he and the team provide. In particular, this week he found a solution to an issue I had, allowing for a stress free 40 minute treatment, where I was so comfortable and relaxed that I nearly fell asleep, resulting in an excellent remodelling of my upper front teeth. Mr Elbradi also makes a great effort to understand my attempts at speaking Arabic!
Saw Leanne the hygienist. She was very welcoming even though I hadn't been for a long time! She made an excellent job of cleaning and descaling my teeth and convinced me to go regularly from now on.
Leanne, the hygienest, is absolutely fantastic. I used to be absolutely terrified of going to the dentists and hygienest, then I found the Lighthouse Dental Practice. The receptionist staff were also understanding of my genuine fear. Leanne, put me at ease and over time I've gone from being scared stiff to feeling perfectly ccomfortable. Wouldn't say I enjoy it, but Leanne is wonderful. By the way, I'm 41 years old! Lol.
Delighted with my treatment and the results today. Eddie is a great dentist and the dental nurse was really supportive and kind. Excellent.
I have been with this practice for 30 years or maybe more when Kevin Cush was still alive. When he took on a new dentist Phil, I transferred to him and we had a great relationship with until he sadly had to retire with ill health about four years ago. I went in today with a broken tooth to try to get it treated, the new receptionist told me I could have an appointment for 4th October! after they have brought in their private charges, and it will cost me around £200. The filling in that tooth is in danger of falling out as part of the tooth wall has broken off. They no longer do emergency treatment and the receptionist didn’t care at all about the problem. Her attitude was pay it or find another dentist, and was not prepared to help me in that regard. I would have thought that they would know who was still offering NHS treatment. Luckily I saw a friend of mine who had this problem last year and he recommended me to the dentist he is now with as they are very good. I will visit their practice tomorrow to see if they can take me on. Lighthouse Practice used to be wonderful with Kevin and Phil but now they don’t want poor people and the attitude of the receptionist is awful. Avoid them like the plague!
An emergency appointment was made on the same day, and a few hours later, I walked away with a pescription and diagnosis... fantastic service with a smile, just what you need when you are in pain - could not recomend them any higher
Excellent dentistry very professional with a wide range of up to date treatments available. Staff too are very competant and friendly.
