I see the practice has now changed hands. So this is for the my dentist review as I assume some of the staff may still work there like other reviews I made an appointment for the family approx 20 months ago. 3 times it was cancelled then finally got an appointment that unfortunately was the day if the queen's funerow that it's up.and running again. I've updated review as I have finally managed to get a fourth appointment. Hopefully no more delays and issues, but happier now than last week.
Been for the first time in a while because of changes at the dentist . Today I saw Majhar Kazi , he was a breath of fresh air , friendly ,polite and informative . If you don't like going to the dentist , he's brilliant .
Went today, and had excellent service from all of the staff and Mr Majhar Kazi, dentist, who was outstanding. I am petrified of the dentist and he was brilliant with me and didn't hurt at all.
Dentist was very nice and polite , doesn't push you into having treatment that you don't want, very honest with treatment. Would recommend , very good dentist.
1st class service they really do go the extra mile
Previously left a 1 star review due to the mass of cancelled appointments over the past 3 years. However now it’s changed hands I have had to edit this review as it’s fantastic, excellent service and very friendly staff! Many Thanks!
I had an emergency appointment today and would like to thank Isabel, Lisa and Jacob for their support and hard work. They were very informative and kind. Could not have asked for better care from staff
My 7 year old went for a check up today and needed a filling. He was very upset about the thought of having it done, but the dentist and the assistant were amazing with him. Talked through what they were going to do, what each tool did and gave the tools names. Let him have a go of the buttons to make him feel at ease and gave him a mirror so he could see what they were doing. They were so good with him and stopped when he wanted them too. Made a very anxious visit for him a better one!
Terrible service first time of going for me and my two sons waited 5 weeks for an appointment as I can only take them on a Saturday due to work and they have cancelled the appointment no message off them to say this turned up to be told this and the next appointment is not until 21st September not so bothered about myself but my sons are 7 and 11 they should be a priority. I would love to know why they have cancelled the appointments but are still open and have people in the waiting room too be seen. Really a terrible service I would give zero stars if it would let me!!! What do I pay my national insurance for
Will NOT be attending this Dentist again. Each time we attend for an appointment my son leaves breaking his heart because the Dentist always tells him off. My son has a phobia of the Dentist and today, despite my son fighting his phobia and letting the Dentist have a look in his mouth, the Dentist went on to tell my frightened son not to bother booking another appointment again if he isn't going to let him look at every tooth. Granted, oral care is important, but so is my sons mental health.
