I would never recommend this dentist! We took my Dad for a replacement set of dentures after being in hospital for 3 months and losing his top set. He had lost a lot of weight through his illness and the bottom set he had didn’t fit properly, so both the dentist and my sister and I thought it would be best to have a complete new set. We paid for them on the first visit,  and after several weeks of waiting and ringing to see if they were ready, just the top set arrived. I assumed there had been some mistake so I rung day after day and just kept getting the answerphone on which I left messages and a contact number, but no-one ever called me back. When I eventually spoke to someone she told me we had only asked for the top set, what would be the point of that when it was the dentist that explained it would be better to replace the full set for a better fitting and the cost is no different between a full or partial set. Oh, and apparently I signed for just the top set! My Dad is 89 years old and had spent 3 months in hospital seriously ill, I didn’t know what I was signing, but I do know the conversation we had with the dentist. I hope they can sleep at night after ripping off an old man who just wanted some teeth. He is now housebound and unable to get to a dentist, so thanks Genesis, his very last trip out was a wasted journey to you!

If only I could rate lower. Actual dentists are great but the reception really need to up their game..
Never answer the phones (none of the three numbers listed on the website)
rang for an hour got through to none of the numbers.  Two weeks later still haven't gotten through and still no appointment to get my wisdom teeth out as my mouth is too crowded.

Lovely staff, You can have a laugh and a joke with them, Kind, caring and polite. Had another 2 teeth out (Had 5 out 3 years ago with the same practice and they were just as good!!) Recommend these guys to all of my family and friends.

I would not recommend Genesis to anyone as i went there for a emergency appointment as i was in a lot of pain with my teeth i left with even more pain as they did not clean out the tooth properly and there filling they placed was very poor and i ended up having to go to the emergency dentist 2 hours later as the pain was substantially worse than before The initial treatment  .
