First visit today since the practice changed hands. What an exceptional service, truly lovely dentist and dental nurse who put my husband and I at ease immediately. Discussed everything with us and offered options,we now live an hour away from the practice but its well worth the drive. Can't recommend enough.
First and last time we will use this place. It was the first time for my young daughter at the dentist, she was scared and anxious as she needed 2 fillings. The female dentist in question was unprofessional, rude, got frustrated with my daughter and made here so much worse, that my daughter only ended up having 1 filling. My daughter and partner were literally in tears when they came out. Totally unacceptable behaviour from a " professional " . We have now registered at another dentist, who is polite, friendly, and has reassured my daughter regarding her next filling.
I decided to visit this dentist again after finding out that they have new dentists. I was seen last minute by Maya? the therapist. He was lovely and very reassuring but the dental nurse with him didn't break a smile once. I had to see the main dentist to discuss some extractions which is always nerve racking. Majhar was so lovely, very reassuring and confident I would be ok. I went back the same day, probably one of the best extractions experiences I've had. Was quick and painless. Hardly any pain when the anaesthetic wore off Next day I'm feeling absolutely fine. I've recommended some of my friends and colleagues for this dentist. I wish then every success plus the nurse from the first visit seemed fine this time.
It's ridiculous how you choose students £25.80 to pay for 30 seconds on the chair. If you're in for less than 2 minutes it should be free. I've had 5 dentists during my time here and they all leave. I don't blame them. Overpriced. The staff are brain dead nail techs who are taking on a second job to support their pointless dreams.
Practice much better since the take over. Excellent service,always pleasant, very clean, receptionist always smiling , understanding and very helpful definitely recommend.
Been taken off the list but was never warned that this would happen, and now they’re not taking on patients. Would have been nice to be informed, but I suppose the new management didn’t think about that. Was never informed that they were even being taken over by new management - so definitely a lack of communication from their side.
Absolutely brilliant news and afternoon at Dentist,they sat and listened to my troubles and have gave me what a been after for 2yrs,fantastic staff and very helpful.
Had to have an emergency tooth extraction. I was booked in the same day. I was terrified but I had no need to be. The staff were fantastic. The receptionist were extremely helpful and welcoming. I was in a lot of pain before I went in and the whole tooth extraction procedure was a positive one. I honestly thought it was going to be awful but I have to say it was a great experience and they looked after me so well despite my anxieties. I honestly can not thank them enough. It was all done with so quick. I am extremely happy! Highly recommend. Thank you
I see the practice has now changed hands. So this is for the my dentist review as I assume some of the staff may still work there like other reviews I made an appointment for the family approx 20 months ago. 3 times it was cancelled then finally got an appointment that unfortunately was the day if the queen's funerow that it's up.and running again. I've updated review as I have finally managed to get a fourth appointment. Hopefully no more delays and issues, but happier now than last week.
The care is good but be prepared to wait 20 minutes after your appointment time to be seen. Been 6/7 times now over the past three years and they're always behind, event first thing. It's a shame really.
