I have an unusual health condition which makes dental treatment difficult. I am also immune to local anesthetic and with previous dentists they have not believed me and I have suffered pain and discomfort during treatment. This dentist was happy to discuss and even researched my condition. They talked to me and put me at ease and used an alternative local anesthetic. This is the first time I have had dental treatment and not felt pain. They were great. So glad I found them.
I haven’t made a habit of going to the dentist over the last 40 years. In fact the only time I’ve been is twice in the last two years and paid private each time. My daughter saw on Facebook that Pall Mall Dental were accepting a limited number of NHS patients, so to keep her happy I joined up. My initial check up was done by Joanne and her assistant.They were both truly lovely. Sonya in reception then made me an appointment for some fillings and a couple of other procedures that needed doing. These procedures were completed by George and his assistant. I never thought I would say this about a trip to the dentist but the whole experience was actually quite enjoyable. Magnificent service from the whole team. I’m almost looking forward to my next visit
I've been to a variety of dentists throughout the years that have been a little closer to home, but I always come back here. The staff are amazing and lovely and they manage to ease my anxiety every time. I highly recommend this practice!
Both my husband and myself cannot praise this dental practice enough, Joanna really put me at ease and saved 2 teeth that my former dentist said I would have to have extracted. All the staff are so friendly and professional and nothing is too much trouble for them, I will never be nervous of going to the dentist again. A big thank you to all of you!!
Originally, I was a patient of Ralph Haskell's at a previous practice close to my home. I have Sjogren's Syndrome - dry mouth and eyes - and regularly lose fillings or have dental problems. From the outset, I received outstanding care from Ralph and felt I needed to follow him to Pall Mall, even though it was considerably further away. I always receive excellent treatment and he often has to try different techniques to find those which will be most effective in my case. His approach is realistic, supportive and kind. I have also had positive experiences if treated by his colleagues, and I find the support staff very helpful, especially Practice Manager Teresa. A huge 'thank you' to all.
First time visiting today. Managed to get me in on an emergency appointment. I realy don't like dentists but the ladies I saw today put my mind at ease. Can't recommend them enough.
As always the service and treatment was excellent. I've been using this dentists for years and they have always retained their friendly high standards . I had a tooth out today , completely painless experience. Thank you to all the staff at Pall Mall Dental practice .
Great Dental Practice, brilliant dentist & staff the whole process from start to finish was great, from scheduling my appointment it was very easy to book an appointment over the phone I spoke to a lovely receptionist. Prior to my appointment I received a telephone reminder, along with explanation of adaptations the practice has made to comply with COVID regulations, of which was great as on the day I knew exactly what to do. I was seen promptly for my appointment, Ralph the dentist put me at ease and took the time to listen to my dental concerns as well as address them. Great team work to provide a fantastic level of service and dental care, I would very highly recommend Pall Mall Dental.
Used to be a patient here until they decided to kick me for not attending when I had been rushed into a&e to have surgery & an 14cm ovary cyst removed last minute due to being in an extremely bad amount of pain specifically ward 107 of the Lyme building meaning I could not get in touch or rearrange/cancel Ever since last year I have been in so much pain with a wisdom tooth in which they’ve done nothing for me regards to it so now ever since they kicked me off I’ve had to start taking a toxic amount of painkillers. Just writing this as I’ve came off the phone to 111 and a lovely bloke told me that they are so so wrong for doing that bare in mind the first time when I was a patient I rang to make an appointment they cancelled the appointment so yeh fun stuff.
Myself and my 3 daughters have been patients of Pall Mall for the last 8 years. My eldest daughter has spent many hours having teeth replaced with both Jayme and Ralph following a nasty accident which resulted in knocking her 2 front adult teeth out . She was very distressed and upset , but as always was reassured and looked after by all of the staff to a very high standard . Due to the care received going to the dentists is always a joyful thing rather than a chore or something to worry about .
