My Plumber Ltd are London's leading independent professional plumbing and maintenance company. We specialise in Gas, Plumbing, Electrics, Drainage and Handyman services. My Plumber offer a bespoke design and install service for bathrooms, kitchens and wetroom refurbishments. Our team of engineers are fully qualified by each of the relevant professional bodies including CIPHE, GAS SAFE and NIC/EIC.

Angie Lyons-Redman founded the company in 2005 and was joined by Jamie Glasson in 2006 when My Plumber merged with Glasson Plumbing and Heating. She is a qualified solicitor and Prince 2 qualified project manager. Jamie won the London round of Britain's Favourite Plumber in 2005 and is an experienced bathroom and central heating installer (including design).

The company focusses on providing a high level of customer service for a reasonable and competitive price.

I used My Plumber the first time in 2010. They installed a new boiler. It was a long and complex job as the old central heating was dismantled almost completely to replace with new radiators, pipes, valves. I have never been happier. They sent me a first class plumber , patient, very well trained with a wide experience. Furthermore I use My Plumber every year for the boiler service and I am never disappointed. I truly recommend My Plumber. They are trustworthy, efficient and they completed a job I consider top quality.

Ring for emergency work and their office or call Centre said their is a plumber in my area and he’ll ring when he’s on his way. 1 hour later the Plumber rings and said he’s going to the other side of London now and won’t get at our place for at least 4 hours!!

A new boiler was effectively installed, BUT, there were various hiccups along the way which resulted in the plumbers having to make extra and as it turned out, unnecessary visits - once turning up merely to take a photograph. So be aware: these extra visits will be charged for.

Great guys. Have used them twice now. They were fair when issued diagnosed very quickly did not charge the whole hour fee. Then fixed my boiler valve quickly a few days later for reasonable fee.

I have used My Plumber many times. They are always reliable and their work is excellent. Their plumbers are friendly as well. And they don't overcharge.
