Amazing service from Chipping Norton Plumbing and Bathroom Supplies today. I went in for some parts for a project and the staff could not have been more helpful. They provided some really valuable advice and I came out with the parts I needed. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgable and the solution they came up with was far better than what I had in mind.

This place is an absolute disgrace, I went in asking about a spare part for my lavatory and a very unhelpful man with a ginger beard, was totally rude and was more interested in his mobile. I am now aware this is the owners son.I'm giving this a one star because I can’t give it zero and as this is a family run business I expected good customer service.  Yours sincerely  Farmer smith
