THE TELEPHONE CONTACT SYSTEM IS VERY POOR WHEN SELECTING OPTIONS FOR MY REPAIR DOES NOT CONNECT NO STARS IS MORE APPROPRIARE A BLUNDERING SERVICE,
Had no problems whilst living there, but a year after we have moved out they are demanding over £1000 for things they have absolutely no right to demand for. Now having to fight them with solicitors, corrupt government agency, nothing new here.
17months on family and friends sofas, mental health, PTSD, fibromyalgia and still nothing ..staff very condescending ..shocking in 2020
Customer service is shocking and so is one in particular housing officer
