The hotel was nice could do with a lick of paint in the hall ways. The room was good. They gym was brilliant. For a cheap night on a business stay over it was good.
Absolutely disgusting place to stay. Dirty, blood stains on the curtains, the room wasn’t even cleaned beforehand so crumbs on the floor. Vile. And the hotel refused to give us a refund. Terrible customer service and will certainly not be making the mistake of staying with Britannia again.
Absolutely abysmal. Stayed one night but was meant to be 20. Still have scabs from the bites. Stank of weed and stale beer. Avoid.
